Our 2013 - 2014 Writing Guidelines & Topic list
for writers. (includes magazine section titles
and descriptions.).

The questions below are for the writers in terms of who they are writing for within the audience
demographics of the magazine, newsletter, broadcast shows, and other content.

1. What should the article do? It should establish someone as a leading source? Review an
item? Get someone to buy or sign up for a newsletter? Each objective requires a different
writing style.

2. Who is the audience or target market? Is the author writing for potential customers? Who
are they?

3. Where will the item be published outside of the magazine or newsletter your submitting it to
for publishing? (this is important as we are trying to not to publish articles that are published
else where.) Blog posts are different than informative articles. If you are planning on
publishing the article with your name, include the sentence "I will publish this with my name or
pseudonym."

4. Examples. If you have an example, similar article, reference website or an item you want
re-written, you can include the URL.

5. Can you write for film, video, on air talent, or radio? - Send examples of work, resume,
photo, contact info, and if desired performance experience.

Let the magazine know what you will be addressing in the article and anything to avoid
(competing products, mentioning other websites or that someone can shop offline, etc.). The
more information the magazine has, the better the article will be received on the first draft.

Authors can do basic text formatting, like bold and italics, but have no influence on the file
format you receive.

Key word information for writers submissions.

You have multiple keywords.

Example: Your order is "pets" and your keywords are "cats, dogs, birds". Your description:

"Please write about pets and mention these specifically: dogs." The author sees: "Please
write about pets and mention these pets specifically: cats, dogs, birds."
You can list each keyword individually In our example, would be "cats" and would be "dogs".
You can do this for as many keywords as you like.

Test Article for writers:

Please write an informative and interesting article concerning pets. This is for a (choose one)
blog post/ article / sales letter/ press release. Please do not mention any websites in the
article. Use a third-person, formal style of speech. The following words: should appear about
2 to 3 times within your text. Adhere to the exact mode of the mentioned keywords (singular
or plural). You agree that I may publish the article with my name or my pseudonym. Please
write in (choose one) US/UK/Australian English.

rare opportunities. - Rare opportunities one or you have experienced directly within the
social networking world. These should be gems. They will be reviewed extensively. We want
"one" of a kind opportunities to help people, share knowledge, lift up the poor, save a life,
health, and more. So we will be looking for the writers to rise to the challenge of finding those
"rare opportunities" to share with the masses that might be life changing for them that
normally might be reserved for an exclusive group of people. These should be focused on
actually making or helping a person with these tools to actually make their life better. No
mlm's, no business op’s, or solicitations, as you have to show without any restrictions or
barriers that the reader can use this information to actually change their life. All these
experiences should of come from some activity within your social network platform. (i.e your

masta social - much like spaghetti (Which we love!) and is one of our favorite italian foods.
As most writers know there is a variety of culture in the social network world. Hence the word
masta (a play on the word pasta). Each week we will publish articles on a variety of cultural
issues going on within the social network world. In addition we will publish pictures sent in by
our readers and writers on the articles they are reading that are related to these articles and
that they have on their social network platforms. We will also be highlighting ongoing social
programs to tackle difficult social issues in the world and the efforts to block those efforts. This
includes social injustice issues, human trafficking, and more. Or in some form of socializing,

Connect and Eatz Seafood Bog. - Welcome to the bayou. Each month we will profile how
social networking is influencing life in the Louisiana and other areas of the south. Featuring a
recipe from the region, and other information related to living and working in that region of the
us. Being big fans of the cuisine of the region and having walked through the beauty of the
bogs (swamps) of the area, and along with the character of the variety of people in the area
we felt this is a topic that is much needed both for our appetites as well as our brains.

Articles can also focus on conservation, water issues, seafood issues, beach issues, wildlife
issues, travel opportunities, fish farming, overfishing, clean water=good food, eating in the
region, meeting the chefs, new establishments, and more.

Your creativity as a writer in this region will drive the uniqueness of this section. Seafood and
fish in general are in high demand by consumers all over the world and in America. For
example some fish is tainted by mercury in the mid west, some fish are raised in farms that
the water is not so clean, some seafood is already overfished, some shrimp is just plain bad
to eat, and our lakes and waters the fish are in are in not so good shape and ocean fish are
overfished and need new secure areas to be able to come back so we can enjoy them in the
future and lots more.

Your talents as a writer can help in education of all those who consume fish and seafood and
help be a part of the process of saving it from being overfished and extinct. For example you
could write about an idea of building "wind farms" off the east coast in a way that would
actually keep large fishing vessels from wiping the ocean clean of all the seafood. It would
save local fishery’s, fisherman, and still allow for commercial fishing but with protection from
the large asian and other world fishing firms. All these experiences should of come from some
activity within your social network platform. (i.e your profile page on facebook, a link-den
experience.) and be referenced in your article. Or in some form of socializing, work, or other
lifestyle experience

Social event planner 2013 - 2014 - our social event planner sections featuring our events
and every ones events that others are putting on that are open for our readers who live
across the US and are planned for 2014 to attend. You can submit the events you have
planned within your local community to our readers you have for 2014 within their social
network world. You can still submit them for 2013 but time is late and so we can not
guarantee they will make the magazine but we can post them through out our system so our
readers can know about them. Articles can focus on the dates, times, places, contact info,
ticket purchase, materials requests, and other information regarding the readers event or our
own. We would like to hear about the big corporation as well as the local town events such as
trade shows, fairs, performances, announcements, etc and such which can already be placed
in the magazine anyway as an ad, but those ads don't necessarily help the readers take
advantage of a readers event on a local level.

By featuring local events that our readers can participate in. Our readers can attend these
events and possibly promote themselves and hopefully build their own network of friends and
clients. These events can also include home parties, (make up parties, weddings, business
openings, birthdays, nights out, and more.) They don't have to all be professional events and
RSVP requirements are ok. Just submit the info with the article. Home businesses parties are
ok. Be creative and help someone who needs exposure and people to attend their event. We
will help out by providing the information, incentives for people to attend, bio's, pictures of the
event itself on our various platforms, and lots of other tools as needed by the host. All these
experiences should of come from some activity within your social network platform. (i.e your
profile page on facebook, a link-den experience.) and be referenced in your article. Or in
some form of socializing, work, or other lifestyle experience
