Need a Job and Health Care? - Well we might have a solution for you. We know there are lots of people are wanting health care, and we need lots of help in the selling of and promotion of our magazine. Under the new health care laws we can now provide this benefit to our readers by in turn in hiring them to sell and promote our magazine.



Its commission work to start as we need to be sure we can support the cost of providing the health care benefit to the new employee, but it (the part time work) could lead to full time work and promotion in our admin offices, field offices, and more. We felt that we could help you the reader in the short term by providing your family a full value health plan benefit for you and your family by your helping us with our need to sell more subscriptions and help with certain events.



Therefore in December we figured out under the new health care law with the new exchanges coming that we could create our own health benefit plan for not only our current people but in a simple way for our subscribers by turning them into employees of sorts so that we could offer them the benefit. VETS are encouraged to apply please.



The benefit goes into effect this June or July as we are waiting on the plans to be finished. 



We are hiring 1,000 people over the next 3 years. How does it work? Purchase a subscription plan, then you fill out the application, get your master subscriber marketer pack, submit all the paper work at once and once you are approved for hire do the following:



1.) Work at least a minimum of 20 hours a week from home in the selling of our magazine subscriptions or our various products, Attend the first sales training seminar online. 



2.) Sell at least 10 subscriptions a month,



3.) Must attend one training in a six month period from the date of your start and every six months there after, We especially need these in our new bureaus we are setting up for local news, and lifestyle reporting for the magazine. 



4.) Be compliant with all rules and policies during your employment,

5.) Help with one event or broadcast.



6.) Help in the assisting and training of other sales reps in your area.

7.) Report to your manager once a week.



8.) Must pass work review annually of your performance to continue with company. 



9.) Must attend all other training, and supervisor reviews, and job training as requested by the company or managers in your area. 



10.) Must attend company wide conference/meeting for all reps once a year.
