Exciting News! We have updated our newsletter and we wanted to tell you about our special eMagazine offers for 2013: We apologize in advance for the lengthy newsletter but we have a lot of very exciting news to tell you about this month concerning the magazines expansion and what it means to our audience.

Join our Audience Participation Tour in 2013 and 2014.
Be on TV as part of our audience. This is a bus tour in which kicks off late this summer as part of our party series (see bottom of newsletter for more details on the parties).
This year we will be bringing along a select group of readers who were picked as winners who pre-registered for one of our broadcast dates and was selected to go with us.
The selections will begin over the next couple of months as one of our audience members along with some lucky family members of theirs gets to come along for an upcoming broadcast to the location in which we will be broadcasting from.
We are hiring: We are looking for local news reporters for our new bureaus we are planning in 2014 and 2015 (see proposed locations page on our site). Writers, photographers, hosts, camera crews, event planners, set people, sound people, lights and more are needed in each area listed on our site. These are paid positions, please contact us for more information.
BE ON TV! - Want us to broadcast from you area? - Great!
We are looking for people and places all across America who would want us to come and broadcast live from your area.
We bring the gifts
We bring some of the audience, the crew, the lights, the sound, the set, the prizes, the food, and more with us. We will broadcast our 1 and 1/2 hour show live on one of our web site channels to our subcribers and selected readers who have pre-registered for the live show broadcast.
Materials will be made available
For all pre-registered guests to the broadcasts and those actually at the show either before or after the broadcast for informational purposes and to follow up on information that may or may not of been featured on our show.
Our host or hostess
Will do interviews, demostartions of our reciepes, show case homes, show case designers, feature local businesses, products, fashions, give out some gifts, announce some surprises, and tons of other fun things.
How do I get picked to receive a free broadcast?
Simple - send us an email and a picture or description of what you would like us to do when we come to do a broadcast. We will place all of the entrants into a pool for each of the months that we have broadcasts plan that we think meet our requirements. Then from the pool we will select up to 5 for each month that we are broadcasting in.
If you are selected we will contact you immediately.
Additionally, for real estate we have a seperate registration process so please contact us for details on this subject. Be sure to check out some of the help we can provide in that process. If you are selected and do not wish to have us broadcast from your home or we can not in the case of a cooking class or something, then we will work with you to find an appropriate place to do the broadcast as best as we can.
We do not pay you for any part of the broadcast. Nor do we pay anyone related to you or that is associated with you for the broadcast. These are our shows we are paying for their production. We have our own sponsors.
This is gift to help provide you some lime light and some free stuff along with some fun, a bit of fame, and learn something.
If we do can not work out something in terms of the location issue we will go to our runner up winner, and then work on a new date for broadcasting your winning location. *** There are restrictions and contracts have to be signed by all involved in this process prior to us coming to your location and doing a broadcast. Our directors will handle those issues.
We know that there are currently a lot of advertisers who are very interested in being on our shows, and of course you can not come on our shows without a contract to be able to do so.
Our crews will be working with our on site security teams to insure that is complied with. If you are interested in being on the show as a local business or as a sponsor be sure to drop us a email at the email address: connectandeatzeditor@gmail.com as currently most of the space is booked.
We are working with our ad planning people to open up space and as editor this plays a role in the planning of our magazine , newsletter, and broadcasts. Please mention "interested in advertising" in your subject line. when emailing us.
Update: Local Page Offering Page.
Be sure to check out the updated "Local Offering Page" for new news regarding our city roll out of the local offering pages. Each local offering page will actually be its own local website tied back into our main site for the magazine.
This will be based around the upcoming roll out of the local news bureaus or activity centers. This is so in the future as the magazine evolves we can bring in more local content and insure the creators of that content can earn a living at it working for us.
We expect this roll out to take about 5 years or longer for the major cities and beyond that for smaller locations. Of course this can change and even be rethought out if this does not appeal to the community at large.
THE California Office will not be officially opened until After September 1st 2013. We apologize for the mix up on this information. We are in a transition with our staff at our home location and once that transition is completed and finalized in all aspects. \\
Then the remaining staffers and administrative persons will be off-icing out of the CA offices. Not before. Except for meetings or events in which our staff is there on location for such meetings or events as needed.
This cost is being picked up by the sponsors of these events and the related meetings surrounding them. Its part of the planning process of opening up the CA market to the magazine and our live broadcast productions.
The same statement applies to other locations such as Washington DC and Minneapolis? And of ocurse all of these items can change as our plans change.

Pre-registration begins in late June, and will close in September some time for all of the dates shown on our site and in our July newsletter or web site. If you live outside of the SLC area for the summer broadcasts in CA, you have to make your way to SLC for the tour bus departure in order to go with us if selected as a winner.
We will also pick several runners up in case some selected individuals can not meet the requirements to go, or can travel to meet us before we leave. There are restrictions and all winners will have to have completed their pre-reservation process before being allowed to come with us on the bus tour.
Semi Family Vacation for free!
If you enter one of our pre-registerations for one of our upcoming "live broadcasts" and you are selected to go with us. You will get to bring a guest, and up to 2 children under 12 with you on your trip with us to the location that we will be broadcasting from. You will receive lodging, some food, some free tickets to attractions in that area, and other fun stuff.
However please note its a working trip so you will be required to follow through on your commitment to us as far as the audience part so tickets, food, and fun stuff, will be passed out as outlined on the itenerary and over the entire period we are there to ensure that we can complete the broadcast of our show.
