Our Own Cooking Channel.

Twice a month or more, we will be broadcasting from a subscribers home or location near them in which we will be show casing a featured dish in our magazine and how to make it.

We will bring along with us a chef possibility, food experts, farm growers, organic growers, suppliers, and more. We will spend time learning the process of sourcing and creating a dish from start to finish. We will event stop to take questions and to redo a step if need be.

We will also have lots of fun. We will go out to a local establishment either before or after the broadcast, feature local growers and suppliers and discuss the food and flavors in your area.

We will bring some audience members, prizes, food, materials, and a lot more stuff. Cookware Prizes and Cash will be given out during the broadcast to audience participants, and prizes to those who view the show online via our platform.

All Attendees both in person or online viewing will have to be pre-registered.

Pre-registration for the cooking classes will be done via this site. Announcements will be done via the press and our facebook page. Classes will be online for viewing in our on demand section with the materials for our subscribers.

Our Real Estate Channel

Twice a month or more, we will be broadcasting from a subscribers home or location near them in which we will be show casing a home featured for sale in our magazine that month or on our site. We will invite potential buyers, financing people and real estate agents as well as many others to view the live broadcast on our channel. We do the marketing they will do the selling and buying.

We will bring some audience members, prizes, food, materials, and a lot more stuff. Prizes and Cash will be given out during the broadcast to audience participants, and prizes to those who view the show online via our platform. We will have some fun in your local town either before or after the broadcast or both.

We will learn about the real estate market in your area, sales information, schools, and more. We will even contribute up to $10,000 in closing costs, and $10,000 down payment costs to assist buyers wishing to purchase a home featured on one of our broadcasts. O.A.C and & Contract Signed.

All Attendees both in person or online viewing will have to be pre-registered before being allowed to view either the live broadcast and the on demand rebroadcast. Brochures, and other materials will be available before the broadcast and afterwards for on demand viewers regarding the properties, financing, agents information, disclaimer to sign, etc.

Twice a month or more, we will be broadcasting from a subscribers home or location near them in which we will be showcasing the latest fashions and jewelry for sale in the market place and we will also be featuring some that has been featured in one of our magazine issues that month or on our site. We will invite potential buyers, make up artists, music vendors, fashion experts, jewelry experts, hip people and agents as well as many others to view the live broadcast on our channel. We do the marketing you will do the selling and buying.

We will bring some audience members, prizes, food, materials, cash, and a lot more stuff. Prizes and Cash will be given out during the broadcast to audience participants, and prizes will be given out to those who view the show online via our platform.

All Attendees both in person or online viewing will have to be pre-registered before being allowed to view either the live broadcast and the on demand rebroadcast. Brochures, and other materials will be available before the broadcast and afterwards for on demand viewers regarding the types of merchandise, credit terms, fashion events, merchandise information, a disclaimer to sign, etc.

Our Travel Broadcasts.

Join us for a free vacations in the California Sun. A show next summer about the California Sun and all that it represents in the past, and all that it represents now and in the future?

Twice a month or more, we will be broadcasting from California in our new summer broadcast show in 2014. We will be showcasing the places and things California has produced over the past 80 years or so. From the 50's music (bandstand), to todays hip hop, we will merge some fun with history as we track the evolution of theme parks, cars, food, music and movies produced and introduced in California alongside todays hottest trends and updated places.

We hope to be broadcasting from some of our favorite parks, and locations all over California, in 2014 and so we look forward to working with the locations we are in discussions with currently. We also hope to see you there as well. featured for sale in our magazine that month or on our site. We will the potential invite buyers, financing people and real estate agents as well as many others to view the live broadcast on our channel. We do the marketing they will do the selling and buying.

We will bring some audience members, prizes, food, materials, tickets, rooms, parties, and a lot more stuff. Prizes and Cash will be given out during the broadcast to audience participants, and prizes to those who view the show online via our platform.

Want to go to your favorite place in CA this next summer 2014?

Salt Lake Residents, Idaho Residents, and Colorado Residents. Please Read.

For each show we will be taking (2) or more Coach Buses to the location were we will be shooting our show from in California this next summer. (2014) If you are a subscriber. (annual), and you have signed a contract for a "seat" you may receive (1) free trip to join us for the live broadcast in CA. The Free Trip is good for you your spouse, and 2 kids under 14. (The kids have to stay in the same room as you the adults).

Each month we will be putting up a pre-registration page on our site in which you the subscribers can go to and then sign up to be selected to go on the bus to CA for the live broadcast of the show. A few will be put on a waiting list encase someone falls out.

We will then close out the list once the number allowed of pre-registrants has been reached. We will also close it out after a few days of being open. We will then review the list and check it against our payment records to see if your subscription is paid and if your a member in good standing. Then we will check to see if you have been on the trip before.

If you meet all of those and a couple of more, then we will contact you for the dates you are eligible to go on the bus with us for the live broadcast and the details of the trip.

Approximately: you will get a room, some park tickets, transportation to CA, their in CA, and back to SLC, some meals, a party, some child care, and attendance to the broadcast of our show. We of course will have items on the bus going and back, and other items but those specifics will not be released until the date you leave.

We plan on doing (2) broadcasts in CA a month for (6) month period or more during 2014 and 2015 for a minimum of 36 broadcasts or more approximately. This perk is a privilege. If it is abused by those going with us on the bus to be the audience for our show or if the requests for freebies or special requests or damage is done to rooms and establishments among those things that can be done. This perk will be discontinued.

You will have to pay for an extra child (beyond 2 children under 14), or if you wish to have a different room other than the one we have for you, drinks (beer etc), gifts, all things other than what is on your list that we are taking care of when you go. Also if you violate the NDA and release the exact location to the public prior to the date allowable under your agreement you will be canceled from going.

Otherwise we pick up the tab, we will have decent rooms for you and your family, some nice meals, some nice gifts, some tickets, and possibly other items while we are there. We hope that you hold your end and participate in the show filming as required as part of our audience and that you have a good time. If you are not a subscriber, and do not have a seat contract you may wish to get one soon. They are limited.

At the moment, if you live in Colorado, Idaho, Nevada. You have to provide your own transportation to Salt Lake City to meet our buses on the date we leave. Not on the bus we don't pay your expenses in CA. Sorry. We hope at some point that we can provide airfare, and other bus transportation to locations outside of SLC soon. Our agents are working on it. Thanks.

Our Home/Tech Improvement Channel.

Twice a month or more, we will be broadcasting from a location near someone in the US, or broadcast some shows showing our readers how to improve their skills in the tech and home improvement area.

We will the potentially invite designers, tech and home experts, home improvement people fashion, designers, computer people, contractors as well as many others to visit us and help us in need of help and possible be on our live broadcast on our channel. Or we will air an already pre-produced show in this subject area.

We do the marketing and help you do the help in the redo of your selling process.

For our live broadcasts. We may bring some audience members, prizes, food, materials, and a lot more stuff. Prizes and Cash will be given out during the broadcast to audience participants, and prizes to those who view the show online via our platform.

We may even contribute up to $10,000 or more in make over costs costs, and for a complete home make over and when appropriate we may provide up to $100,000 in make over costs to assist home owners wishing to redo a home featured and selected by our audience and staff for a major redo, either on one of our broadcasts or web site. Approval Required before coming on broadcast and & A Contract Signed is needed.

Our Sports Channel.

This channel is still under development. But will feature live broadcasts of local high school football, news, softball, assist with league development, college (local) assistance and broadcasts, and more. It will be broadcast along side with our all purpose channel with local music and performances. See channel listings in your local page to find out more dates and times of local live broadcasts.
