Update May 28th 2013 - Note -All VIP plans will require an actual signature from the customer on a VIP contract that is sent to you in the mail or via email for signature by our customer service reps. Once plan has been ordered online under our introductory offers. Our customer service rep will be in contact within 2 to 7 business days to insure you have received a contract and have signed it prior to the acceptance of your plan. These plans are very limited in number and only a few thousand will be sold through out the US.

INTRODUCTORY OFFER FOR THE BRONZE VIP SUBSCRIPTION PLAN
The Bronze VIP Subscription with the membership card included is $175.95 plus processing. With this
subscription, you will receive the following:
1.) 12 issues of the Connect & Eatz magazine annually.
2.) Access of up to 2 live online broadcasts each month.
3.) Attendance to 1 free dinner party every 6 months.
4.) You are eligible to register to participate in the audience trip qualification giveaways each month. Restrictions
apply.
5.) You will receive 10 percent off all eligible merchandise, tickets, items, and services sold by C&E, with more
bonuses to be announced during the upcoming year of 2013 and 2014.
6.) You will receive a plaque with your name on it, to be located in one of our locations around the US,
showcasing you as a "seat supporter" of the magazine. This will entitle you to bonus bucks as long as you
maintain your subscription.
7.) Special VIP phone number for your dinner reservations where we have a restaurant location. You also receive
1 free bonus dinner every 6 months.
Restrictions and Fees: In order to receive your benefits each year, you will have a renewable subscription fee
annually for $33.95 plus a processing fee to keep it active.
RSVP's are required for all registration campaigns,
dinner reservations, party reservations, and any other activities. Instructions for all of these items must be
followed in order to be allowed to take advantage of the bonus bucks program.
8. Bonus Bucks - For this subscription level, the VIP member Bonus Buck “income back” is .001 percent of each sale made on each day of the week, attached to your seat at the table your seat is assigned to. With monthly bonus matching point. You can cancel at any time. A cancellation fee applies, or if you have received bonus bucks, those will be subtracted. See your agreement for details.
Special Introductory Offer for this plan:
Pay only $33.95 plus $9.95 processing for the first 6 months, receive all of the benefits of the package, except
for the bonus bucks, and pay the balance of $142.00 prior to the end of October 2013. You will receive your
"special plaque" and bonus bucks at the end of 2013, delivered in January 2014. The balance of the plan of
$142.00 must be paid in full in order to participate in the bonus buck program. Continual participation requires
the annual renewal fee of $33.95 plus the processing fee to be paid each year.

bonuses to be announced during the upcoming year of 2013 and 2014.
6.) You will receive a plaque with your name on it, to be located in one of our locations around the US,
showcasing you as a "seat supporter" of the magazine. This will entitle you to bonus bucks as long as you
maintain your subscription.

processing for the VIP LEVEL One Gold Subscription with a the VIP Membership Card included. (Its an annual
subscription to our magazine)

2.) with access to up to 6 live broadcasts viewable a month depending on schedule,
3.) 1 one free dinner party per 3 months in our VIP section,
4.) You are eligible for the audience trip qualification giveaway’s each month in the VIP group section,
5.) Up to 20 percent off all eligible merchandise, tickets, items, and services and items sold by C&E, with some
more bonuses to be announced during the upcoming year of 2013 and 2014.
7.) You will receive a plaque with your name on it, to be located in one of our locations (office/establishments)
around the US, showcasing you as a "seat supporter" of the magazine. This will entitle you to bonus bucks as
long as you maintain your subscription. Office plaques will be moved to locations once opened in your area or as
space allows in our locations as they come on line or available currently.
8.) A Special reservation line for your dinner reservation when visiting us where we have a location at for you to
join us for a dinner once every 6 months. (Family, Friends etc). Sorry.

Basic Annual Plan - A one-time charge of $22.95 plus the $3.95 processing fee for the annual subscription.
This makes the cost of each monthly issue less than $2.00.
You will receive 12 digital issues of our lifestyle magazine for an entire year.
The issue will be delivered to you each month during the week of the 10th of the month. If you sign up in June, your first issue will be delivered in July.
You will receive the June issue as a bonus for your reading pleasure.
Basic Plan Subscribers will be able to participate in our Audience Trip Registration Processing for the opportunity to earn a bonus free family trip to a live broadcast.

Occasionally, C&E will announce bonus broadcasts where the Basic Annual Subscribers will be again eligible to participate in our Audience Trip Registration Processing.
All Basic Annual subscribers will be entered in a pool to receive a Bonus Bucks twice a year.

The next Bonus Bucks bonus will be in September of 2013.
Introductory Month to Month Subscription Plan.
Month-to-Month Plans - Our month-to-month plan is $4.00 per month. You will receive one magazine issue each
month.
If you sign up in June, your first issue will come in July, around the 10th of each month.
You will receive the June issue as a bonus in June for your reading pleasure. You can not participate in the Audience Trip Registration Process.
A nonrefundable fee of $3.95 will be charged with your first $4.00 payment for the processing fee.
You will then be billed $4.00 every 30 days as long as you do not cancel the subscription.
You can cancel you subscription at any time.
All Month-to-Month subscribers will be entered in a pool to win Bonus Bucks twice a year.
The amount of the Bonus Bucks is not announced until the week it is sent out.
The next Bonus Bucks bonus payment will be in September of 2013.
You can pre-register for the VIP plans and be eligible for bonus bucks in September. -
Note 1: All basic annual subscribers will receive a small bonus bucks payment in late September. Not month to month.
Note 2: Audience participation tours are not prize giveaways. They are selections from which our VIP subscribers who have pre-registered for the broadcast dates listed on our web site are picked at random by our computer to join us as part of our audience for a live broadcast some where in the US.
Those selected will be notified and once they have passed the reservation process will be given the information for their travel and expenses during the trip and dates of the broadcasts.
These seats are only open to VIP subscribers only. However between now and September 2013 we may open up sets to annual basic subscribers.
Note on the plans:
The VIP plans are designed for areas in which we are currently purchasing eating establishments, building eating establishments, invested in eating establishments or in some other marketing venture with an eating or entertainment establishment.
The bonus bucks are a "thank you" for your support in purchasing a subscription in our magazine (company) this acts as a type of crowd source funding as the more sales in subscriptions the more eateries we can purchase.
They also act as debt relievers as we can use the profits from those subscription sales to reduce the debt on those properties.
For you the consumers it presents a way for us to return back to you a small percentage of our gross income and help make your life better.
We know their is a risk. But we don't offer ownership in our magazine and in time we will achieve our goals just off of ad revenues alone.
However we felt that if there was a way to help consumers improve their incomes without a lot of headaches this was it. Its not a requirement on our end. Its not a get rich scheme, its just a way that helps everyone. Nothing more, Nothing less. Besides what magazine in which you paid for a subscription to is going to give you any of their hard earned revenues back to the consumer? None that we know of.
We know our skeptics have criticized us for our delays and our challenges that we have faced over the past few years. We are not a huge media giant, nor do we want to be. Like our burgers and other food programs we are launching this next year. We can understand that but the consumers who eat our establishments won't mind the free food and other benefits just for being a part of our community.
Thus regardless if we just end up with one restaurant or 100's and the same for retail stores we will be just fine in life. Cancer taught us that and will fight to the death for the things we believe in even it doesn't jive with the rest of the world, and we will live our lives on our own terms not some else's.

We are sure when the first group of subscribers who get their bonus buck checks in Sept they will be inspirational to the others who missed out. Their loss. LOL.

And you must have already signed up for either a month to month or a annual basic subscription plan which will be deducted from your total when the contract is executed in the fall.
